1、外籍患者到达医院，根据疫情防控要求出示个人信息进行预检分诊到达门诊服务台，告知就医需求，由导医护士联系医学翻译并通知国际门诊。

2、医学翻译陪同外籍患者到达国际门诊后，由护士进行综合护理评估，国际门诊医生进行首诊，根据外籍患者病情，联系相关科室专家进行会诊。

According to the condition of the foreign patients, international clinic will contact experts of relevant departments for consultation

3、专家为外籍患者进行诊疗工作，医学翻译陪同外籍患者进行检验、检查、取药等。

Experts carry out diagnosis and treatment for foreign patients, and medical translator accompanies foreign patients to carry out examination and take medicine.

4、外籍患者就诊结束，国际门诊护士根据患者需求提供约车服务，医学翻译跟进诊后随访。

After the treatment of foreign patients, nurse will help patients to hail a taxi according to their demand, and the medical translator will follow up the patients.

5、外籍患者如需住院治疗，国际门诊护士负责协调国际医疗中心或相关病区床位。首诊专家开具住院证及核酸采集信息，医学翻译陪同患者到住院准备中心采集核酸，核酸结果阴性，协助办理住院手续并陪同入住病区。

If foreign patients need to be hospitalized, the international clinic nurse is responsible for coordinating with ward beds. Doctor will issue hospitalization certificate and collect nucleic acid information. 7、外籍患者出院后，主管医生及医学翻译跟进随访指导并征求意见，同时根据病情指导患者复诊预约。
